News Release

Reading is so very important.  Please encourage your child to read every day at home.  We have several programs and contests that encourage reading.  Our Accelerated Reader program has started.  Soon, we will have AR Enterprise.  This is an upgraded version of AR that gives the students access to every single book that AR has in their test bank!  We have also starting the Read To Succeed program that gives the prize of a Six Flags ticket to students that read the required amount of time.  This gives additional incentive for doing something the students enjoy anyway!  Think of other ways you can motivate your child to read.  You will see a difference in their academic progress!

Look for monthly health information soon!  Nurse Fogle is excited about having this avenue to keep you abreast of health concerns.

Pre-K Parents...Just a Reminder about our CDEPP information meeting scheduled for Thursday, September 27th at 5:00.  If you are unable to come, please let your child's teacher know and we'll send home the CDEPP information.

We have renewed our Study Island subscription for another year!

We like to keep parents informed using our automated call system called Parent Link.  Please make sure the office has the most up to date phone numbers on file so that the Parent Link system can send messages to you!
